Apartments

The management of the City of Kalajoki’s rental housing is centralised to Kalajoen Vuokra-asunnot.

Kalajoen Vuokra-asunnot manages 218 state-subsidised (ARA) apartments and 81 non-subsidised apartments. A total of 160 of the apartments are located in apartment buildings and 128 in terraced houses. General information about the buildings is compiled here, and vacant apartments become visible as soon as they become available.
